Shipping

We ship within Canada ONLY as part of a business model that strives to keep carbon footprints small. 

Everlasting dried flower pieces ship year round, as supplies last.  We use environmentally friendly, compostable and recyclable shipping materials. Please not the lead time for each product. We ship with Canada Post and you will receive a tracking number in your confirmation email when your order has been shipped. We ship on Mondays and Thursdays, excluding holidays. Shipping delays are out of our control and Tumbleweed Botanicals is in no way responsible to an delays or misfortunes in shipping. Please use your tracking number to follow the progress of your package and contact Canada Post, or us with any concerns. 

Shipping rates are automatically calculate at check out based on weight and package size.

Local Pick up

Some items are available for local pick up only. We do not ship fresh flowers. Please select local pick up only during check out for these items. 

If you select local pick up for your item(s), please leave your preferred pick up date and time and your email so that we can arrange an appropriate slot. The studio is at a personal residence. Please do not show up before we have confirmed a pick up time. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up with the address and instructions.

Combining Shipping and Local pick up in one order

Unfortunately our platform does not allow for us to fulfill dynamic shipping orders. If you would like to have some of your order shipped and picked up locally, you will have to create two separate orders.
