Everlasting flowers refers to flowers and other botanicals that have been skillfully dried so as to preserve the texture and colour and beauty of the material. A large portion of the cutting gardens are dedicated to flowers that are specifically selected for drying, and there is a large variety of Cape Breton wildflowers that are highly suited to drying as well.
